Video Quality Assurance Program
Sonitrol Security, above all else, is a service organization. Our confidence in our systems and the people behind them is backed by our Quality Assurance Program and we’ve put it in writing. For qualifying Sonitrol Security Video Services, we provide our clients the following:
‘Lifetime’ Equipment & Service Warranty
Sonitrol Security will provide a ‘Lifetime’ equipment and service warranty on your system, including all labor and equipment expenses required to repair your video service. Refer to the Schedule of Services for full details and exclusions.
Equal/Better Guarantee: If equipment is beyond repair, Sonitrol Security will replace the device with similar (equal to) or better equipment.
Loaner Fleet: Sonitrol Security will provide a temporary appliance while yours is out for repair (loaner inventory subject to demand).
Annual Preventative Maintenance Visit: Upon request Sonitrol Security will perform an annual preventative maintenance visit on your system to help insure your system stays in good working condition.
Software Upgrade Service: Sonitrol Security will upgrade your appliance to the latest software releases, excluding any hardware upgrades.
‘Lifetime’ Support & Training: Whenever you request, Sonitrol Security will provide phone support or on-site training for you and your staff on the proper use of your video service.
‘Lifetime’ Technical Assistance: As needed, Sonitrol Security will provide technical assistance in retrieving critical recorded images from your digital video recorder (DVR/NVR).
NVR and Camera Health Monitoring: This feature provides end user confidence that the user will know when any equipment may not be fully functioning. Eliminates the awkward conversation of “missing video”.

Schedule of Service for further details. Terms of the Client Agreement apply.
Sonitrol’s monthly monitoring rate includes additions, deletions, and all service calls for the useful life of the equipment. This does not include damage caused by the customer or Acts of God.
